Teen sent for mental evaluation after arrest for trying to sell infant’s corpse as beef

A Harare magistrate over the weekend ordered a homeless teenager who picked up an infant’s corpse and attempted to sell it as beef to be mentally examined.

Stanley Marecha (19) appeared before Harare magistrate Tapiwa Kuhudzai accused of violating a corpse.

Magistrate Kuhudzai ordered Marecha to be mentally examined after the State submitted that he was showing signs of mental instability.
