THANK YOU MUDIWA, SAYS DIVA AGATHA

GOSPEL diva, Agatha Murudzwa, has hailed rapper and businessman, Mudiwa Hood, for helping Paradzai Mesi.

She believes the world is full of hypocrites who only show fake love when one dies.

The queen of praise and worship believes people isolate themselves from those in need when they appeal for help.

“It’s unfortunate that we live in a society where people have been faking love to each other.

“I was recently touched when Mudiwa assisted Paradzai Mesi after buying him clothes and some groceries.

“Of course, I condemned his behaviour when he was caught stealing in a tuckshop but the help he got from a fellow musician shows that true people still exist,” she said.

Agatha opened up ahead of the release of her video to the song Kwangu Musauye.

“After Paradzai Mesi’s touching story, I later realised that there was a need for people to show each other true love when we are still alive.

“In my case, I don’t want people who will come and say ‘Agatha was a nice person’ when I die.

“People should give each other flowers when we are still alive.

“This is what we call genuine love,” she said.

Agatha, who has been in the game for 20 years, is yet to receive any award.

She said:

“Like I said before, I am not an awards person and I don’t want them in future.

“All that I am asking for is true love and that is the message we are preaching in my song Kwangu Musauye.

“I don’t want pretenders in my life but I prefer dealing with genuine people during my lifetime.”

She is riding high with her 15th album titled Press On Volume 1.

Agatha has released a number of polished albums, which have made her a darling for many.

These are Fambai Neni recorded 2003, Ndimi Mwari (2005), Ngatitye Mwari (2007), Hupenyu Hwangu (2009), Mwari Anotiona (2010), Press On (2011), No Pain, No Gain (2013), Grace Period (2015, Breakthrough (2016), The Living Word (2018), It is well (2019), Ukholo Lwami (2019), Zvitsauko (2020) and Ikem released in 2021.
