Ego can be a formidable obstacle, leading us down a path of selfishness. When doing good deeds, it’s vital to maintain sincerity in your heart.
Be honest with yourself and prioritise the needs of others above your own desires.
Some individuals may expect blessings or recognition in return for their good actions.
However, this expectation can undermine the goodness of the deed. Remember, don’t give to get, give to inspire others to give.
I therefore urge you to adopt a selfless approach to helping others.
Don’t waste a single moment, serve others, especially the poor, without expecting anything in return.
