Fresh from their win as Outstanding Music Group at the 2025 National Arts Merit Awards, celebrated gospel ensemble The Unveiled are riding a wave of international success following a triumphant tour of the United Kingdom.

The tour, which marked the group’s second international venture after their debut UK outing in July 2023, has further solidified their growing reputation on the global gospel music stage.

Speaking to Zimpapers Arts and Entertainment Hub, group spokesperson Ashley Mapfumo expressed excitement about the warm reception and support they received overseas.
“We embarked on our UK tour starting March 22 with Moment of Worship 4 in Birmingham. We then travelled to Scotland for a retreat and private performance on April 6.”

The group returned to Birmingham on April 12 for the Praise Fest, which featured a star-studded line-up of artistes from both the UK and Zimbabwe. The tour concluded over the Easter weekend with The Unveiled Experience in Middlesbrough, a fitting finale to a spiritually uplifting journey.

With their message of faith, unity, and praise striking a chord with audiences abroad, The Unveiled are now setting their sights on mainland Europe. Performances are lined up for Poland, Germany, Portugal, and France throughout May.

As international doors continue to open, the group remains committed to its mission of spreading the gospel through music, now to an ever-widening global audience. – @mthabisi_mthire
