Thief gets 15 years

jailed by Masvingo magistrate Mr Oliver Mudzongachiso for unlawful entry and theft committed in Rhodene suburb. He pleaded guilty.
Taru was in 1990 jailed for three years by a Masvingo magistrate for housebreaking and after his release he was again jailed for 26 years in 1996 after he was convicted of 17 counts of housebreaking and theft.
He was, however, granted amnesty in 2008 after serving 12 years.
Charges against Musharusharu arose between January last year and 30 January this year when he broke into various premises in Rhodene armed with an iron bar and duplicate keys.
