THREE CITY EMPLOYEES DIE AT MORTON JAFFRAY WATER WORKS

The City of Harare regrets to inform residents of the unfortunate death of three employees at our Morton Jaffray Water Works near Norton this morning.

Initial reports indicate that the employees were working on a decommissioned clarifier when tragedy struck.

The City of Harare is investigating the incident.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the families, friends, and loved ones affected by this devastating loss.

The City of Harare is fully committed to cooperating with the authorities as investigations continue into this tragic event.

Police have been informed and are attending to the incident.
