According to reports gathered by police it is alleged that on April 3 the toddler was playing outside the house unmonitored when he proceeded to the toilet.
It is alleged that while inside the toilet the toddler approached a bucket which was filled with water.
Police reports indicates that the toddler allegedly fell in the bucket and drowned.
The toddler was later discovered by a relative who had visited the toilet and a report was made to the police.
