SUNGURA musician, Peter Moyo, and his younger brother, Obert, are now on talking terms.
The two sons of the late Tongai Moyo have been washing their dirty linen in public, with the younger brother accusing Peter of sabotaging him.
It took music promoters – Cossy Rules and Partson ‘Chipaz’ Chimbodza – to unite the feuding brothers.
It also appears the two promoters’ efforts are bearing fruits as Peter Moyo has invited Obert to join him on stage at the Sungura Fest.
The musical extravaganza, to be headlined by Alick Macheso, will be held at Pamuzinda Highway Xscape this Saturday.
It also coincides with the last day of the Zimbabwe Agricultural Show.

Fellow artists Mark Ngwazi, Somanda Ndebele, Bio “DT” Mudimba, Senator Tichareva, Leonard Zhakata and MC Skywalker, are part of the performers.
Event coordinator, Jack Radics, applauded Peter’s reunion with his younger brother.
“We spoke to them at length and advised them to shelve their differences which they did.
“I am happy that they agreed to share the stage at the Sungura Fest where a lot is expected from them.
“This is a rare platform for the duo to shine,” he said.
“As promoters, we are also here to mould artists and make them better.
“We don’t encourage the culture of differences but we want to see them united and make progress in life.
“We also want to be remembered for giving artists a bright future, and a better life, which they are yearning for,” he said.
