Triangle 0-1 Dynamos
TRIANGLE head coach David “Yogi” Mandigora conceded failure after losing to his old club in this Castle Lager Premiership tie at Gibbo yesterday.
A second half goal by Godknows Murwira was all that separated the two sides.
“I am very disappointed by the result and also the way we conceded the goal, it was a very soft goal, I didn’t expect it to be this way but it’s unfortunate that I have failed,” said Mandigora.
“I have failed to pick up points, I wasn’t expecting this but I think that is football.”
Murwira struck in the 76th minute.
Dynamos coach Lloyd Mutasa was excited that his team delivered away from home.
Murwira was even thrust in an unfamiliar role as a forward.
“This is the picture of the team going forward and this a positive Dynamos side,” said Mutasa.
“It has not been rosy for us this year but if we are united with noses pointing the same direction I am sure Dynamos will bounce back next season.”
