Though the royal family has acknowledged the pregnancy, they are refusing to talk about the marriage, saying it’s against their culture to do so when a person is duffed up.
But we can reveal that the singer will be sharing the throne with another woman.
Hardly a week after this newspaper revealed her pregnancy Chief Ngove came out in the open to own up.
Speaking to Sunday World through his spokesperson Pritzman Mabunda, Chief Ngove revealed the secret of his extramarital affair that produced a love child. He called a meeting with his tribal council to
inform them about the unborn baby last week. Sunday World sources say his family was disturbed but accepted the news.
“But there was nothing they could do. The only thing for them to do was move forward,” says the source.
Mabunda says the royal family and the tribe is excited about the development.
“It doesn’t come as a shock or a surprise,” says Mabunda.
He says the royal family has pledged its unwavering support for Mholo. Issues around the nuptials are not a priority. The priority is the elation of the looming prospect,” says Mabunda.
He says they cannot rush into paying ilobola because they must follow protocol. There’s an issue of protocol, customs and tradition to be observed and followed. Developments in this regard won’t escape the public, including the media,” he says.
