Tuku asks fan on a date

Oliver Mtukudzi asked a fan in South Africa on a breakfast date slated for Friday via Twitter.

Mtukudzi is currently on a city-to-city tour in South Africa that has seen him perform in cities such as Cape Town and Johannesburg.

On Friday he is due to be in Durban where his chosen fan lives and works.

Through his Twitter handle @TukuOfficial responded with a breakfast request to @Am_Blujaya��s message that:

a�?The biggest fan I know since birth is my Dad and he cannot wait to meet you this Friday in Durban. After his permanent move from Zimbabwe he missed many of your shows, he is excited and cannot stop talking about your show.a�?

Since breakfast with Tuku is not an everyday thing, many more social media users tried to gatecrash the Tuku invite.

With 58 albums under his belt in a career spanning 40 years, Mtukudzi is perhaps Zimbabwea��s most consistent and successful musician to date. .
