Two Ambassadors bid farewell to President Mnangagwa

Two Ambassadors accredited to Zimbabwe bade farewell to President Mnangagwa at State House today after completing their tour of duty in the country.


Indonesia Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Mr Dewa Juniarta Sastrawan and his Kenyan counterpart, Mrs Stella Munyi met President Mnangagwa and bade farewell to him before returning to their respective countries.

Indonesia -Zimbabwe relations date back to 1986 and both countries are members of the Non-Aligned Movement.


Zimbabwe and Kenya enjoy great bilateral relations and both nations are members of Comesa and the African Union.


Kenyan leader President William Ruto was in Harare last year. He and President Mnangagwa witnessed the signing of several Memoranda of Understanding in several sectors of the economy, a development that strengthened the two countries’ bilateral relations.


President Ruto also officially opened the 2024 Zimbabwe International Trade Fair.
