The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has reiterated its interest to enhance bilateral relations with Zimbabwe through investment in various sectors.

Zimbabwe Business Council board member, Mr Chad Mhako, said this during a press conference this afternoon.

“Zimbabwe presents an intriguing opportunity for investors from all directions—whether from the east, west, north or south,” Mr Mhako said, highlighting the country’s potential as a viable investment destination.

He also shared insights from a recent meeting with the Ambassador of the UAE to Zimbabwe and his team.

“I believe we had a very productive discussion regarding the advancement of trade and investment cooperation between Zimbabwe and the UAE,” he said.

The UAE’s commitment to investing in Zimbabwe is expected to open new avenues for economic growth and development, thereby fostering a mutually beneficial relationship between the two nations.
