UNITY Village and Anolle Castings will square off in the third place play-offs of the Bulawayo Amateur Football Association (Bafa) Townshend and Butcher at Barbourfields outside grounds tomorrow.
The teams lost their semi-final matches at the same venue last weekend.
Unity Village lost 1-2 to Safeguard while their opponents lost by a similar score line to Nga Chronicle.
Zifa Bulawayo Area Zone chairman, Charles Chunda, said they decided to separate the remaining matches in order to avoid complications.
“We are looking forward to this match. Most of all, we want to ensure there is discipline and professionalism as envisaged by the Zifa vice-president (Omega Sibanda) at the semi-final draw,” said Chunda.
He said the four teams participating in the competition have shown dedication by paying affiliation fees on time.
“Townshend and Butcher has been sponsoring Bafa for some years now, as a result they become a good example to other aspiring sponsors in the Bulawayo Area Zones. We hope that the sponsors will make this event even bigger,” Chunda said.
At the launch of the tournament Sibanda encouraged the participating teams to desist from any acts of violence and avoid destroying the brand and the league at large.
The final will be played next weekend at the same venue.
