Veteran Taderera wins Swaz poll

Zunidza by 28 votes to 15 over the weekend.
The elections, which took part in Kwekwe, were marred by violence as journalists traded blows and insults after the announcement of results.
Dave Simba was elected the vice-chairman with Philemon Mhlanga winning the treasurer’s post.
Lovemore Dube was elected the secretary-general with Tawanda Karombo coming in as the committee member.
Taderera promised to turn around the association.
“Thank you for the support and confidence you have invested in me.
“I promise that I will be loyal and lead the association in the best interest of every sports journalist.
“We expect to work well with the committee that I will work with in the next few years,” Taderera said.
The meeting was attended by 44 journalists.
