ZIMBABWE’S professional golfing brothers, Scott and Kieran Vincent, will once again be playing together in the 2024 opening event of the LIV Golf the El Camaleon Golf Club in Mayakoba, Mexico, this morning.

Kieran switched to the tour, from the Asian Tour, through the qualifying school in December.

The brothers will, for the first time in over two years, play in the same field.

They last played together in the US$1.5 million International Series Singapore in Tampines Course at Tanah Merah Country Club in Singapore.

In the ‘90s, brothers Nick and Tim Price played together in both the Sunshine and European Tours.

Scott, who finished in the top 24 of the LIV Golf last season, will represent the Iron Heads Club which boasts of captain Kevin Na, Tucson winner Danny Lee, Vincent and Jinichioro Kozuma.

The Iron Heads finished in the cellar last season.

And, with three of their four players returning, they will be hoping to compete well this season.

The only new addition is Kozuma, who played in three LIV events in 2022 with a best finish of sixth in Portland.

LIV has shaken the golf establishment and has been offering its stars mega bucks to commit to their tour.
