HARARE magistrate Clever Tsikwa has issued a warrant of arrest for the father of the girl who is accusing Chillspot producer DJ Ribhe of rape.
The father of the teenager was supposed to testify as the State’s second witness and as the first person who was told about the rape but he defaulted court this morning.
This prompted the court to issue an order for his arrest to secure his attendance .
The trial commenced earlier this week and DJ Ribhe has denied the allegations.
