THE fall of a coach is the rise of another and the system goes on like that.
As such, former Border Strikers coach Saul Chaminukaas departure from the team did not only make way for another aspiring top flight coach but itas creating problems at a Bulawayo-based Division One outfit.
Talen Vision has placed Chaminuka under its radar.
a?He is yet to officially join us. We are still negotiating with him and I think it will be premature for us to say which position he is going to assume at our club. We will conclude the negotiations by next week,a? said Talen Vision chairman Otrick Siziba.
Talen Vision are under the tutelage of Saul Ndlovu, who according to sources, if Chaminuka does officially come on boardA will assume the post of technical director.
Ndlovu has been working with former Zimbabwe Saints player Andrew Masumere as his assistant coach.
The Border Strikers Board of Trustees reportedly fired Chaminuka as head coach for ill-discipline and poor results putting an end to four months of an ambivalent relationship.
Chaminuka reportedly had a tendency of disappearing after games and only appearing on match days.
A fortnight ago, Border Strikers lost to fellow debutants Ngezi Platinum in a game where Chaminuka pitched up late with players licences leading to a delay in kick-off.
Consequently, Never Malunga was appointed the interim head coach at the Beitbridge-based PSL outfit.
Chaminuka left Border Strikers anchoring the 16- team log table with a paltry three points ahead of their week 12 fixture against Harare City that was played last Sunday.
Interestingly, Strikers went on to register a 1-0 win over City after Chaminukaas departure.
