HIGHLANDERS coach Kelvin Kaindu is anticipating a challenging contest when his team takes on Herentals in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League Week 13 fixture.
Addressing the media on Thursday, Kaindu expressed cautious optimism, noting that while the team is in good shape overall, a few players are still being assessed.
“Ariel Sibanda remains sidelined, and we are keeping a close eye on Talent Dube, who has been one of our consistent performers this season,” Kaindu said.
“We are hopeful he can recover in time to be part of the squad.”
Kaindu was also encouraged by the recovery progress of Gillian Nyathi and Archford Faira, both of whom had been out due to injury.
“We are happy with the way Nyathi and Faira are coming along in their rehabilitation. Their return would be a big boost for us,” said Kaindu.
