AFTER watching his charges produce some inconsistent results, Chicken Inn head coach Joey Antipas says they will rise to the occasion beginning with their game tomorrow against TelOne at Gweru’s Ascot Stadium.

The WiFi Boys, as TelOne, are affectionately known, are in breathtaking form that has seen them amass 40 points and position six.

On the other hand, the Gamecocks are perched at number 14 with 27 points.

“It’s a game that comes at a difficult time for us,” said Antipas.

“Remember, we lost our former player Tendai Ndoro and such is life. When you are called, you are called. It’s all about life. We have to send off Ndoro with distinction. Fire played well for us. It’s unfortunate, some of our key players that including Lynoth Chikuhwa, Brian Muza and Michael Charamba, picked up some knocks. We will seek to fight again, get that much result and push till the end of the season,” added Antipas.

It is going to be a weekend fixture that will be opened by the game between Yadah Stars and Ngezi Platinum Stars at Heart Stadium.

Simba Bhora will fight it out against Kwekwe at Wadzanayi Stadium.

Dynamos have a date with GreenFuel.

Former champions FC Platinum will do duty against CAPS United at Mandava Stadium.
