WESTPROP Holdings is embarking on an investment drive in the United States and Canada targeting diaspora Zimbabweans.

Dubbed “Unleash investment potential: Explore Zimbabwe’s Real Estate at our US Diaspora Dinner” the first leg of the marketing drive will take place on February 28 in the Paris Ballroom of the Sofitel Washington DC Lafayette.

Expected to attend are Zimbabwe’s ambassador to the US, Tadeous Chifamba, who is assisting in the marketing drive, and chair of the American Chamber of Commerce in Zimbabwe, JW Oliver, who will deliver insights into business success in Africa.

WestProp CEO, Ken Sharpe, said the aim was to showcase the “huge investment opportunities that exist locally” and answer questions people may have about investing in Zimbabwe.

The event will be live-streamed to benefit other Zimbabweans and interested international investors “who want to grow their money with WestProp”.

Sharpe said the road trips are part of marketing Destination Zimbabwe.

WestProp chief marketing and sales officer, Marilyn Mosha, will showcase the many investment opportunities at WestProp.

The company’s portfolio includes Pomona City dubbed ‘City within a City’, Millennium City, which comprises Pokugara, Millennium Heights, Mall of Zimbabwe, Wetland Park and office complexes, and the soon to be unveiled Hills Luxury Golf Estate, which will have a PGA standard golf course, retirement home, medical facility, tennis and swimming academies, branded homes and a five-star branded hotel.
