WHO penned podcaster DJ Ollah 7’s apology, which appeared on his social media platforms yesterday?
DJ Ollah 7 is currently in custody at Harare Central Police Station after he was arrested for cyber bulling on Saturday.
Yesterday, an apology appeared on his social media platforms.
However, his lawyer Dumisani Mthombeni distanced himself from the apology.
Mthombeni said DJ Ollah 7 has been in custody since Saturday and would not have posted the apology.
He said he did not give him any instructions for an apology to be issued.
Mthombeni said he did not get a chance to see his client yesterday despite spending the better part of the day at Harare Central Police station.
DJ Ollah 7 is expected in court today despite claims on social media that the charges had been withdrawn after the issuance of the statement.
He is accused of cyber bullying and harassment during his interview with rapper Holy 10. Mudiwa Hood is one of the complainants.
The interview saw a number of damaging allegations being made against a number of people, including Mudiwa Hood and Prophet Eubert Angel.
There was another post on social media yesterday insinuating that Holy Ten had apologised to Prophet Angel.
