“The Ninja President”, as his adoring fans call Winky D, will make a grand appearance on stage and is expected to perform his self-praise song “’Messi WeReggae’’ and ‘’Haugare’’ among others.
He has proven to be one of the most talented dancehall artistes in the country due to his top-drawer performances.
Red Rat Outdoor proprietor Dunmore Mutyambizi said the event will showcase local artists.
“We intend to showcase local artistes who have not been accorded the platform to shine. Many have been complaining about artistes who feature on stage with CDs and this is an opportunity for local and upcoming artistes to be inspired with the live band he will come with,” he said.
