Work Commences At Highlanders Clubhouse

Zimpapers Sports Hub

WORK on the Highlanders Clubhouse has begun with the delivery of bricks having commenced.

Workmen and a delivery truck were busy on Thursday morning offloading and packing.

The club is putting up a perimeter wall that is going to be 800m long. It is expected to be a source of revenue for Highlanders as there is advertising space to be offered.

Philanthropist Wicknell Chivayo is sponsoring the project off his US$1 million he pledged to Bosso in June.

To date US$500 000 has been disbursed to curator Jabu Nkomo.
