Young Gemini unites female artists in song

ZIM Hip-hop female musician Tania ‘Young Gemini’ Seremwe recently dropped her project dubbed La Liga where she featured various female artists as a way to unite them.

The female artists featured in the song Location, which now has an accompanying video.

Location focuses on female musicians such as Tamy Moyo, Xiba, Kim Makumbe, Nomsa, and Phreshy.

The video was directed by Benny Tike and produced by Ghost Magician.

The artists conveyed genuine feelings and emotions in this song as they explored universal themes of love, such as longing, heartbreak, joy, and intimacy making them all relatable to a wide audience.

Location is currently sitting among trending music on YouTube and most of the comments are appreciating these girl’s energy.

“For Location, the goal was to unite female artists not just five but as many as possible.

“We wanted to show that female artists can come together and make something amazing by mixing new voices and established ones.

‘’We sent out the song to almost every female RnB artist you can think of and we are grateful to the ones that came through.

‘’Xiba, Preshy, Tammy Moyo, Nomsa, and Kim Makumbe are the female artists that actively believe in female unity and I am not just talking about it in interviews.

‘’The concept is something that has never been done before by female artists in Zimbabwe so we are happy everything came together well and we have made history in the process.”
