shepherds and some are the flock and the list is endless.
Great assignments call for great responsibilities. The bible says to whom much is given, much is also required. No man is useless, all men are as equally important as another though they differ in their mandates.
One man’s destiny is buried in another man’s assignment, that’s why we cannot do without each other. Ask the teachers, they will tell you that if you can trust us with your child for a period of time, in return we will hand you over a doctor, a policeman, a president, a pilot and the list goes on.
If a man of God, a prophet is given a chance to mend a broken life, prostitutes, thieves, drug addicts will be turned into good characters, most sought after in society.
John Chapter 5v7: “The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool, but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.”
From the book of John, we see a man who had an infirmity for the past 38 years stationed at the pool of Bethseda seeking a solution. The man might have come there in his childhood and he grew old by the pool side.
He might have been a talk of the time. One day when Jesus was passing by, He saw the invalid man and asked him what he was doing by the pool and the man answered that he had no man to put him into the pool for his healing.
God the Creator was there, He would send an angel to trouble the waters for people’s healing, but what was lacking in this impotent man’s life was another man to put him into the troubled waters for his healing. His healing was provided by God in each season, but there was no man to take him to his miracle.
The man complained to Jesus saying no one was willing to change his destiny. He actually acknowledged that if a man could be found, his destiny and his position in life would change. I had a question on this man’s story, as to why there was no man to help him.
Many possible answers came to me. Probably this man could have been full of pride. He could have been full with the,“I can do it myself attitude”.
He acknowledged before Jesus that those with men to push them into the waters had already left the pool.
This man was brought to the pool by a certain man in the first place, but why did the man leave him before he could put him in the waters?
There are some people who are difficult to help in life, you can only help them once and you will get fed up. Probably this man could have frustrated his first helper by telling people that, “I have made it to the pool by myself”.
There are some people who will withhold the names of their helpers. There is a demon that terrorised nations, especially Africans, the demon of hiding names. You hear people saying a certain man, woman, prophet, musician. My question is why are you withholding names? The bible says if your fellow brother does what is good, won’t you be happy?
This impotent man could have been known for attacking helpers. Why was he among others not getting help when others were being helped? He stayed 38 good years by the pool without any man feeling sorry for him, yet his destiny was buried in other man.
There are men out there, but only one man carries another man’s destiny. Instructors can be many, but the father is only one. Prophet Makandiwa changed my destiny, I was an impotent man, but when I met him, I met my miracle.
Names of those that played a good role by changing your destiny must not be buried. We do not hide names because of what others would feel. I am proudly a Zimbabwean and I love my country. I do not care what other countries would feel when I am talking about my country.
In Zimbabwe, Prophet Makandiwa gave birth to me spiritually and I do not mean to say there are no other men of God who could have given birth to you as well.
God sent other men to change destinies of some men. God and angels could be there, but if the equation lacks another man, the answers won’t come out right.
Believe it or not every department of your life that is stagnant is so because there is no man to help you in that area. Solutions to our daily problems are buried in other men.
God is allowing many of His children to die at their Bethsedas because of pride. Many of God’s children are full of themselves; they want to do it by themselves forgetting that in the house of God there is order.
Many are times that only one Moses could be hearing from God, Joshua and Aaron should take it from Moses — that’s order in the house of God!
Timothy you should learn to take it from Paul, thus God’s divine principle of order. Thank God that this impotent man acknowledged Jesus as another man who could help him. He knew that it was Jesus after his healing hence he addressed him as Sir.
He revered Him, that’s why he attracted the mercies of Jesus. Jesus healed him instantly, he changed his destiny forever!
In another man’s life lies your destiny. Beware and be careful of who you are going to meet next.
The help we are given by another man, may we learn not to bury or edit their names out of the equation as if they have done nothing. What you love is what you attract, Zimbabwe you are blessed to have destiny changers!
