YOU’RE ABOUT TO DIE, FAKE HEALER FOOLS WOMAN

A 48-year-old woman from Highlands lost money to a fake traditional healer on Sunday after he had falsely foretold that she was about to die.

Tambudzai Jingini met the healer, Munashe Mawere (23) of Epworth, at Chikwanha Shopping Centre in Chitungwiza.

Harare provincial police spokesperson, Inspector Luckmore Chakanza, confirmed the case saying Munashe was arrested and is facing fraud charges.

“Police arrested a man who misrepresented to the complainant that he was a traditional healer and falsely foretold her that she was about to die. 

“Complainant paid US$50 for cleansing and the accused person went away with the money without offering any service to the complainant,” said Insp Chakanza
