control of the economy and majority representation of blacks in schools, sports and other recreational facilities.

Addressing a Zanu-PF meeting at Lewisam Primary School on Wednesday evening Cde Kasukuwere said solutions to Harare’s service delivery problems lay in the removal of the MDC-T council and the election of people-centred parliamentarians. He said because economic sanctions and poor service delivery were hitting Harare and other urban centres hard there was need to correct the situation by voting for Zanu-PF candidates.
“We need to regain control of Harare. Answers to all our problems lie in winning the elections,” he said.
Cde Kasukuwere said it was sad to note that the council harasses vendors when the same council expects the same people to pay their rentals, rates and other charges.
