Zanu PF wins Umzingwane Ward 15 by-election

THE ruling Zanu-PF has won the councillor seat for Ward 15 in Umzingwane district, Matabeleland South province on Saturday.
The party’s candidate Cde Sifelani Dube romped to a resounding victory, polling 516 votes, beating Independent candidate Sanele Ndlovu and CCC’s Victor Phiri who received 48 and 40 votes respectively.
