ZANU-PF Youth League Byo Prov to hold auction during ZITF

During this year’s Zimbabwe International Trade Fair, the ruling party, ZANU-PF’s Youth League in Bulawayo Province is set to auction a pledge board signed by senior party members and the Presidium.

Speaking to B Metro on Tuesday, provincial youth Secretary for Information  Addington Mpofu said the ‘I pledge to vote for ED’ pledge board was signed last year during ZITF ahead of the 2023 Harmonised elections and includes signatures from Vice Presidents, Cdes Kembo Mohadi and Constatine Chiwenga, Bulawayo City Councilor and celebrity musician and actress, Sanda Ndebele  and Bulawayo Provincial Minister Judith Ncube  among other recognisable faces.

“The pledge board was signed by many people including the two Vice Presidents, Cdes Kembo Mohadi and Constantine Chiwenga. We also had Sandra Ndebele, Minister of State Judith Ncube, Minister and President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s Chief Election Agent, Cde Ziyambi Ziyambi among others.

“In auctioning the pledge board, we are honouring our members who voted for ZANU-PF and President Emmerson Mnangagwa during last year’s harmonised elections,” Mpofu added.

Cde Mpofu said proceeds from the auction will go to charity.
