ZBC board appointed

A NEW board for the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC), chaired by veteran broadcaster Helliate Rushwaya, has been appointed.

Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Minister Dr Jenfan Muswere announced the new board through General Notice 1186 of 2025 yesterday, in terms of the Public Entities Corporate Governance Act.

The appointments, for four years, are: Ms Helliate Rushwaya as board chairperson, deputised by Advocate Tapson Dzvetero, with other members being Mr Chipo Nheta, Dr Henry Mukono, Dr Nanette Silukhuni, Mr Charles Munganasa, Ms Precious Charandura, Mr Thandolwenkosi Nkomo, Professor Sibongile Mpofu, Dr Queen Mpofu, Mr Amon Matambo, Ms Ruvheneko Parirenyatwa and Mr Martin Kweza.
