Zengeza man found in ceiling

A 43-year-old Zengeza man, who had gained unlawful entry into a house, was caught hiding in the ceiling.

Brian Mandiwanzira had unlawfully gained entry into Benard Zvei’s house through an unlocked garage.

He was arrested before stealing anything.

In another case, Talent Katiyo, 21, of Zengeza 4 lost a total of US$180 after an unidentified person forced open her bedroom, gained entry and stole various clothes and cooking oil.

Harare provincial police spokesperson Inspector Luckmore Chakanza confirmed the cases.

“Police are investigating two unlawful entry cases in Zengeza.

“In one of the cases, the accused person was caught hiding in the ceiling,” said Insp Chakanza.
