THE Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) has set prices for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for the month of February.
In a statement released this morning, ZERA said the prices are calculated according to the Petroleum (Liquid Petroleum Gas Pricing) Regulations 90 of 2021.
A kilogramme of LP gas will cost US$2,03 and $234,15 in local currency.
“Operators are advised to display the prices at their retail outlets at a prominent place in clearly legible letters. Please, note that it is permissible to sell LPG as prices below the prescribed prices depending on one’s trading advantages,” reads the statement.
ZERA said stakeholders can verify the prices on their website and social media platforms.
