HARARE, Zimbabwe — The Minister of Health and Childcare, Dr Douglas Mombeshora, officially opened the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Ministers Health Meeting in Harare on 10 November. In his address, Dr Mombeshora, who chairs the regional health committee, emphasised the significance of the gathering as a platform for Zimbabwe to showcase its achievements in healthcare delivery, particularly in the areas of HIV and AIDS prevention, treatment, and care.
