Zimfest forge ahead amid growing interests

Organisers of the UK Zimbabwe Music Festival (Zimfest) are already planning for their 2025 event after this year’s edition lived to its expectations.

This year’s event was headlined by superstar Winky D and South African Amapiano maestro Daliwonga.

Other notable acts included Pontian, ExQ, Sulu, Saintfloew, Enzo IshaII, Dj Tira, Feli Nandi and Chillspot duo-Dj Fantan and Levels.

Zimfest was held for two days at Hertfordshire, England from 27th and 28th July.

“Looking ahead, we have have announced plans for an even bigger business park at next year’s festival.

“Several Zimbabwean-based businesses, including building companies, insurance brokers, grocery traders, and holiday resort companies, have expressed interest in engaging with the diaspora market,” reads a statement by Zimfest organisers.
