Mr Mutasa added: “We wish to acknowledge his contribution and he shall be sadly missed by all.”
Burial has been provisionally set for Friday in Concession, Mashonaland Central Province. Mourners are gathered at Stand Number 10462 in Concession.
The Zimbabwe Association of Editors yesterday sent a condolence message to the Bwititi family. Chairman of the association, Paul Mambo said, “Makuwerere’s passing on is not just a loss to his family but the community in the Sadc region, editors and the entire journalistic profession.”
