SIMBA Bhora’s midfielder Emmanuel Ziocha seems to have sealed his place among the country’s elite, emerging as one of the finest in the Castle Lager Premiership.

With 14 assists and three goals in just 20 appearances, Ziocha boasts a remarkable 17-goal contribution tally.

Considering that there are still 14 games to play, his achievements are nothing short of remarkable.

His vision and creativity have made him one of the league’s standout performers, giving him widespread acclaim.

Over the weekend, he inspired his side to come from behind twice in their 3-2 win against Herentals at Rufaro.

“My focus is always on helping the team and grinding out positive results,” Ziocha said.

“The league is unpredictable, every match demands a different approach. But what drives me is the squad’s collective hunger. The dedication from every player is unreal, and it shows in our performances.”

As Simba Bhora gears up for their CAF Champions League debut, Ziocha is already setting higher benchmarks.

“The continental stage is a new challenge, and we’re ready to make our mark. I’m using domestic games to sharpen myself for CAF battles,” he added.

With a bold personal target of 25 assists and 10 goals by season’s end, Ziocha is adamant that the club is on the right path.

“Despite personal targets, the club’s targets come first and so far we are on the right track and maybe on course to defend our league title,” said Ziocha.
