ZNA mourns Brig-Gen Mzheri

THE Zimbabwe National Army has mourned the untimely death of Brigadier-General (Retired) Mpandasekwa Mzheri whose Chimurenga name was Khetani Khanye.

Brig-Gen Mzheri passed away on Tuesday at Corporate 24 in Harare.

He was 75.

“Commander Zimbabwe National Army, Lieutenant-General Emmanuel Matatu, regrets to announce the untimely death of Brigadier-General (Retired) Mpandasekwa Mzheri, whose Chimurenga name was Khetani Khanye,”  reads a statement from the ZNA.

Brigadier-Gen Mzheri is survived by four kids.

Mourners are gathered at Number 189, Helensvale, Harare.

Funeral arrangements will be announced in due course.
