ZNCC hosts Mat’land business awards

THE Matabeleland chapter of the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce  (ZNCC) will host the regional annual Matabeleland Business Awards (MABAs) tomorrow at a Bulawayo hotel to recognise and honour outstanding business performers for 2014.In a statement, the ZNCC said the awards were meant to foster a competitive culture within the industry.

“As a nation we strive perennially to grow from strength to strength with regards to the aggregate economic outlook.  One sure way of attaining this endeavour is through amalgamating as often as we possibly can, in pursuit of business ideas that   will culminate in the crafting of lasting solutions to our ubiquitous economic woes,” said ZNCC.

It said the MABAs were there to enhance networking by the business community of Matabeleland in a serene environment.

“The MABAs provide a perfect opportunity for networking and expansion of one’s business database in a serene dining environment. It’s against this background that we extend this invitation to the business community,” said ZNCC.
