ZRP mulls modern policing strategies

The police is committed to implementing effective modern crime management strategies in line with international trends, a senior police officer has said.

Commissioner Grace Ndebele, who is responsible for training and human resource development, on Tuesday said it remained their constitutional mandate to ensure that society was free from criminals.

She was addressing officers at a workshop on Trafficking in Persons in Harare. “The Zimbabwe Republic Police will remain committed to Government’s effort to implement effective modern crime management strategies.”
