Zwambila continues to embarass

Australia expelled her son Takunda Tineyi (23) for allegedly driving her official car without a licence and under the influence of alcohol.
Informed sources said Takunda, who is a holder of a South African passport, was asked to leave Australia sometime in January this year after he was caught driving the vehicle in December last year.

Foreign Affairs Permanent Secretary Ambassador Joey Bimha last week confirmed the development.
He said: “We heard about that but let me point out that it is an offence for anyone else to drive the ambassador’s official car. Only authorised personnel can drive the car.

“Since the son is over 18 years old, he is not under custody of the ministry anymore,” Ambassador Bimha said.
Sources said Ambassador Zwambila was called to the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade where she was informed that her son should leave Australia.

“Takunda was caught driving the ambassador’s car while he was drunk and without a licence. Ambassador Zwambila was then called to the Department of Foreign Affairs where she was told that Takunda was supposed to leave Australia because he had become a ‘nuisance’.”

“The boy is now based in South Africa and apparently Ambassador Zwambila’s family are holders of South African passports, including Takunda,” the source said.
Takunda was mentioned in the labour dispute between Ambassador Zwambila and her former butler, Felix Machiridza, with the latter accusing the former of forcing him to clean her son’s used condoms without protection.

Zimbabwe’s chief diplomat to Australia is not new to controversy.
Earlier this year, Ambassador Zwambila hit newspaper headlines after she allegedly stripped naked in front of embassy officials whom she accused of leaking information to The Herald.

She is also embroiled in a nasty labour dispute with an MDC-T official Mr Machiridza whom she reportedly lured to Canberra when she was posted there.

Mr Machiridza alleges that Ambassador Zwambila would call him to her room at night to serve her with drinks while she was “half-naked”.
Efforts to get a comment from Ambassador Zwambila were fruitless, as she did not reply e-mails sent to her.
