VICE-President Joice Mujuru’s call for more development in Hwange District several years ago apparently fell on deaf ears.She said the area was endowed with many natural resources, which were being harnessed by people from other regions while those from the district were living in abject poverty.
Hoffenheim loan Musona out
WARRIORS’ hitman and former Kaizer Chiefs wonderkid, Knowledge Musona, will be sent out on a one-year loan from his German Bundesliga club, Hoffenheim, to fellow Germans, FC Augsberg.

Inaugural Benjani Mwaruwari Soccer Fest ready to roll

THE stage is set for the first edition of the Benjani Mwaruwari Soccer Festival set for today at White City Stadium.
The tournament is for Under-16s and will see eight teams, including Mwaruwari’s former school Magwegwe Secondary ,competing.
The other seven clubs are Rising Stars, FMH, Emakhandeni Pirates, Highlanders, Bantu Rovers, Chicken Inn and Ajax Hotspurs.
