16 000 motorists on police wanted list

Police have launched a manhunt for more than 16 000 motorists on their wanted list for committing various offences. Some of the motorists have cases dating back to 2009 and most of them are wanted for failing to pay fines for traffic offences. Others have been issued with warrants of arrest.
