Treason trial: ruling reserved

SENIOR Bulawayo High Court judge Justice Nicholas Ndou yesterday reserved indefinitely a ruling in an application for discharge by three political activists facing treason charges at the close of the State case.
Justice Ndou sitting with Messrs Elliot Nyoni and Phanuel Damba as assessors could not give a date as to when the ruling would be handed.
