FOOTBALL and nicknames are great bedfellows and have been together, walking side by side, for a very long time now.A few weeks ago in this newspaper I argued, quite convincingly I hope, that certain teams need to acquire new names on the grounds that their current monikers aren’t sexy enough.

Bus crash claims 24 in SA
