MASON GREENWOOD is planning to continue his European tour this  summer — by swapping Marseille for Juventus.

The former Manchester United striker wants to leave the Ligue 1 outfit after two seasons and give the Serie A a try.

Any move could be good news for cash-strapped United bosses as they are due a hefty percentage of any transfer fee.

But Greenwood, 24, fears United’s cut of any deal could scupper it as Marseille bosses are likely to demand an inflated fee.

A source said: “Mason isn’t happy at Marseille and has his heart set on a move to Italy because he knows he still can’t return to the Premier League.”

Juve are desperate to rebuild and mount a serious title challenge after falling short in recent seasons.

Real Madrid star Antonio Rudiger is reportedly in shock talks with the Bianconeri over a sensational free transfer at the end of the season.

Rudiger, 33, is weighing up his future, with a return to Italy now firmly on the cards after fresh developments behind the scenes.

Despite his resurgence in form at Real, the centre-back’s long-term future in Spain remains far from certain as contract talks continue to drag on with Madrid eyeing a clearout in the summer.

The Germany international has yet to agree fresh terms with Los Blancos, sparking uncertainty and putting a number of top European clubs on red alert.

And now Juventus are said to have made their move for the former Chelsea star.

The Serie A giants have already opened negotiations with the defender’s camp over a lucrative two-year contract.
