is under no illusion on the tough mission he is undertaking at the volatile Harare giants.
Chitembwe also knows that he will need to do more to win the respect of the CAPS United fans as he marks his comeback to the team at Gwanzura today.
The Green Machine take on a Kiglon side now coached by Maxwell Takaendesa Jongwe whose unhappy spell at CAPS United finally came to an end on Tuesday.
The match had initially been set for the National Sports Stadium but will now be played at Gwanzura.
Pasuwa, a former Dynamos utility player, will tomorrow lead the side that gave him a name when they face Shooting Stars in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match at Rufaro.
“The players are okay but there are one or two areas where we still need to improve as time goes on.

“Crucially, the team has to improve on scoring,” said Pasuwa.
Pasuwa has served as a midfielder, defender and assistant coach before at the club.
Now he has taken over from his close buddy Lloyd Mutasa who was axed head coach this week after the Dynamos executive felt positive results were not coming.
Under Mutasa, Dynamos started the season brightly as they played a passing game and seemed to roll like a juggernaut in the pre-season friendlies.
The team appeared to be a well-oiled machine, especially when they beat MC Alger 4-1 in the African Champions League first round tie at Rufaro but two weeks later they bowed out of the Champions League.
While Pasuwa will not be under pressure as this will be his first game in charge, the coach, who had for long lived in the shadows of Mutasa, is aware that pressure will start mounting soon.
“This will be our first game and we will just like to see how it goes and then take it up from there.
“It’s good that Malajila is available for this game.
“But we should not be carried away because he has not been playing for a long time and could be struggling for match fitness,” said Pasuwa.
Malajila could not turn out for Dynamos despite being included in the squads by Mutasa in the last three matches as his International Transfer Certificate had not been issued.
The striker was loaned to Libyan side Al-Akdhar from Tunisia’s Club Africain and the ITC only arrived on Thursday.
Pasuwa said teamwork will be more crucial for getting goals than Malajila.
“Malajila is an experienced striker and the team needs that kind of player.
“But its’ important to realise that for him to get the balls and score, the build-ups should have started from somewhere.
“So we need team work,” said Pasuwa.
Pasuwa, a former Shooting Stars assistant coach under Mutasa, said he faces a tough challenge in the deep end.
“It’s unfortunate that I took this post when there are players already selected at the team.
“I cannot chose more players but to work with the resources available.
“Instead of crying, I should utilise the players available because that is what coaching is all about,” said Pasuwa.
More importantly, Pasuwa said he was aware that his job was result-oriented.
“Despite all the challenges people want to see results and if results are not coming then they will be pressure.
“It’s not like we want to start a project for three years,” he said.
David Kutyauripo makes a return to the squad after he picked up an injury during the derby against CAPS United in the first round while veteran midfielder Murape Murape is also back.
Midfielder Wonder Sithole, who scored a wonder strike that salvaged a point for Dynamos against Black Mambas ,has kept his place in the squad.
Shooting Stars have proved to be tricky opponents for Dynamos in previous matches but the Wild Boys will be going into the game as the underdogs.
Tonderai Marume managed to sign former Dynamos and Black Mambas goalkeeper Willard Manyatera while Eddie Mashiri has also found a home there.
Shooting Stars welcome defender Gift Karimupfumbi who missed the last round of matches as he had accumulated three yellow cards.
The Wild Boys will also bank on James Chitereki and Blessing Mazorodze.
The other interesting tie this weekend is at Gwanzura where CAPS United face Kiglon.
Kiglon are now under the guidance of Jongwe, the man who was this week fired from CAPS United.
Jongwe had dumped Kiglon for CAPS United, assuming that the grass was greener at the Green Machine.
But as he found out, later, life at CAPS United was not a bed of rose with too many pricks and now he hopes to get his redemption with Kiglon.
Little Kiglon have also roped former CAPS United assistant coach Brenna Msiska in their ranks while Pearson Matipedza has since been retained in the set-up. There is another exciting battle at Motor Action Sports Club where defending champions Mighty Bulls are seeking to close the gap on leaders FC Platinum.
Motor Action host Highlanders, aiming for nothing short of maximum points, to keep breathing heavily on the pacesetters.
The game is a dress rehearsal for the BancABC Sup8r final.
