Pacesetters ready to collect full points

Region Division One League encounter at Commando today.
The log leaders will be hoping to bounce back to their winning ways today having drawn their two previous matches against Mwana Africa and DC Academy if they are to maintain their position on the log standings.

La Liga’s failure to win their previous matches in the past two weeks has seen perennial campaigners Black Rhinos closing the gap between the two teams as they are now sharing the same number of points, however, the log leaders have remained on top of the log because of goal difference.
La Liga’s coach Naison Muchekela expressed confidence in his charges ahead of today’s game.

“We have done well so far and we are not under pressure to perform. We have not been able to score in the past weeks but hopefully we will be able to score this weekend.
“We know it is going to be a tough game but I think we will be up to the task,” said Muchekela.
In the Eastern Region it will be a battle of the giants when second placed Hippo Valley clash against log leaders, Buffaloes at Chishamiso stadium tomorrow. Buffaloes are bubbling with confidence having won their previous match against Tenax 1-0 last weekend and will be looking to extending their lead on the log tables.
