ITaï¿½ï¿½s not a walk in the park for Dutch expatriate Erol Akbay at Highlanders and when his Dynamos counterpart aï¿½ï¿½ Portuguese import Paulo Jorge Silva feels the heat aï¿½ï¿½ it gets to him. (These comments were captured before Silva was fired)

Silvaaï¿½ï¿½s time at Dynamos is like a ticking time bomb. Each game possibly takes him closer to the exit door if results donaï¿½ï¿½t go Dynamosaï¿½ï¿½ way.

aï¿½?I am feeling the pressure. Some people will want you to do something which is not normal. As a foreign coach you tend to have more pressure as compared to other coaches. However, one has to do well. If you are not doing good, so be it,aï¿½? Akbay said.

Interestingly he feels Silva in charge of Highlanders FCaï¿½ï¿½s erstwhile rivals DeMbare is doing a great job.

aï¿½?Silva is coming on. He is doing a good job. The coach (Silva) is not stupid. He will get it right in time,aï¿½? said Akbay.

Back to what Highlanders FC brought him to these shores for, the coach said he had a roving eye for talent but was waiting for the right time.
