AN Alaska High School girl, who wrote 10 subjects at O’Level last year while she was in Form 2, has received fees for her Low Sixth studies.

Anashe Masango, 14, got help from the Sunday School children of ZAOGA City Christian Centre International.

One of the teens, Abel, handed over US$520 to Anashe, who was accompanied by her parents. Sunday School leader, Elder Mike Chiurunga said the teenagers were inspired by Anashe’s success.

“The young children learnt about Anslashe’s success and saw it better to give their helping hand towards her education,” said Elder Mike.

“They were inspired when we shared Anashe’s story, which was published in H-Metro,” he said. Anashe had been appealing for financial assistance to enrol for Lower Sixth, saying her parents were struggling to raise money for her fees.
